U.S. Bank is seeking a Bilingual Small Business Relationship Banker I in North Salt Lake City, UT to partner with branches and serve SBA clients with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

You will identify client needs and deliver cash-flow, lending, treasury, and digital tools solutions. The role emphasizes outside prospecting, disciplined CRM, and strong communication with internal partners to drive growth while upholding banking standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience.
• Three+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under SAFÉ Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Develop client relationships via proactive outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and follow-through.
