Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SBM partner for branches, delivering financial solutions to businesses with $500K–$2.5M in annual revenue. You will prospect, discover needs, and provide deposit, lending, treasury, and cash-flow tools while maintaining CRM discipline.

The role covers 2–3 branches, requires outside prospecting, and targets growth with a customer-centric, risk-aware approach. Location-based travel and driving are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service and provides comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Builds and deepens client relationships through proactive outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
• Collaborates with branch partners, centers of influence, clients, and other business line partners to drive growth and manage relationships.
