U.S. Bank seeks a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner across assigned branches. You will provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

The role requires outside prospecting and sales activities to grow revenue, with a focus on proactive outreach, discovery, and disciplined follow-through to deepen client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Spanish language and English.
