U.S. Bank seeks a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SB Banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues of $500k–$2.5M.

You will collaborate with branch teams, identify client priorities, and translate needs into deposit, lending, treasury, and digital solutions. This role requires outside prospecting, relationship management, and hitting growth targets across two to three branches, with strong CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with compliant record.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SB Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Develop relationships through outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and follow-through.
• Drive revenue growth with outside prospecting and meeting targets.
