Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Virginia is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations. This role may take on shift leadership when managers are absent.

The position encourages bilingual candidates and welcomes candidates with automotive knowledge, ASE/ RSS certifications, and retail sales experience. You will supervise customer service, process orders and returns, assist with store openings

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Fluency or multilingual ability preferred (Spanish highly desired).
• RSS Certification must be obtainable; ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and ensure program execution.
• Answer phones in accordance with policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently; manage returns and invoicing.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and daily cash handling; secure premises as required.
