O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations. The role may involve shift management in the absence of store leadership. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes customer service excellence, accurate processing of orders and returns, and adherence to company procedures while maintaining a strong store presence and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensuring execution of customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly with shipment notifications.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process and stage returns; issue refunds using correct methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks.
• Monitor adherence to posted work schedules and secure entry/exit procedures at opening/closing.
• Perform day-end procedures, bank deposits, secure premises, and vehicle safety checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
