O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may include shift management in their absence.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification required.
• RSS Certification required to obtain.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders timely.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Oversee returns, refunds, and merchandise handling at the returns area.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store.
• Manage Zipline messages, Image Maker, and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure schedule adherence, clock-ins/outs, and secure store opening/closing duties.
• Perform day end procedures, banking, and security checks as needed.
