O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, including shift management in their absence.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service to both retail and professional customers, supervising service programs, handling returns and transfers, and performing daily opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
• ASE Certification desired

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure compliance with service programs
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders promptly
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure
• Ensure returns/refunds are processed accurately and merchandise are invoiced before leaving the store
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned
• Maintain adherence to posted work schedules and proper clocking in/out
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures
• Assist with other duties as assigned
