Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift leadership in the absence of management, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include supervising customer service, processing orders and returns, and ensuring proper invoicing and deposits while maintaining store security and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required to lead store team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Fluency in multiple languages preferred (Spanish highly desired).
• ASE Certification or equivalent automotive knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service and sales to retail and professional customers.
• Assume shift management duties in the absence of Store or Assistant Managers.
• Manage end-of-day procedures, returns, deposits, and store safety procedures.
