O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in managers' absence.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification as part of role requirements.
• Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver strong customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom service levels and implement service programs.
• Answer the telephone per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and refunds accurately using correct payment methods.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Monitor schedules and clock-in/out compliance.
• Perform store opening/closing, day-end procedures, deposits, and security checks.
