O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The role includes shift management responsibilities in the absence of store leadership, ensuring efficient processing of orders, transfers, returns, and invoicing, and enforcing company policies. Opportunity for growth within a stable, nationwide retailer.

Qualifications

• Must-have: strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desired: retail sales experience in auto parts and knowledge of automotive systems.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee showroom customer service levels and ensure adherence to company programs.
• Handle phone calls and ensure orders, transfers, and shipments are processed promptly.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and execute POS procedures.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and clock-in/out policies.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, including banking deposits and security checks.
• Support store management in daily operations and other duties as assigned.
