Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role may include shift management in absence of leadership, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading the team to deliver top-notch service to retail and professional customers, managing transfers, returns, and invoicing, and ensuring security and daily operations are executed smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• RSS Certification is required.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is desirable.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Handle store operations: transfers, special orders, returns, and refunds per procedure.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and that security procedures are followed.
• Manage opening/closing duties and bank deposits as needed.
• Coordinate with management on scheduling and attendance.
