Job summary

Bean Automotive Group is seeking a Service Concierge for its Service Concierge team in the Business Development Center. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, handling inbound/outbound calls, and coordinating vehicle service appointments to improve retention.

As the first point of contact, you will text and call customers, provide accurate information, and route inquiries appropriately while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor and utilizing dealership systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dealership or automotive environment.
• Proficient in using phones, computer systems, and text messaging platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming service department calls promptly and professionally; provide accurate information; route calls as needed.
• Outbound Call Management: Remind customers of appointments; follow up after service; inform about recalls and campaigns.
• Text Communication: Send and respond to texts regarding appointments and status updates.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, build relationships, resolve issues with guidance.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and update service appointments in the system; optimize workflow.
• Customer Retention: Implement strategies to encourage repeat business and monitor feedback.
