Job summary

Bean Automotive Group's Kendall Lexus in Miami seeks an Appointment Coordinator to join our Service Concierge team within the BDC. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as text communications, to schedule service needs and enhance the customer experience.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in using phones, computer systems, and text messaging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming service calls promptly and professionally and provide accurate information about services and appointments.
• Outbound Call Management: Remind customers of upcoming appointments and follow up after service.
• Text Communication: Manage text messages regarding appointments and updates.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, build relationships, resolve issues, and escalate to the Service Manager when needed.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and update service appointments in the dealership system.
• Customer Retention: Follow up with past customers and promote repeat business.
