Preston Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Service BDC Representative to join our Service Concierge Team. You’ll handle every incoming call, text, and email for our Service Departments, log details, and proactively reach out to guests due for maintenance or recalls.

The role emphasizes delivering friendly, professional service, meeting call and appointment goals, and working as part of a collaborative team. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong note-taking ability.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus; team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls, texts, and emails for service departments.
