Job summary

Bean Automotive Group in Miami is seeking a Service Concierge to join our Business Development Center. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and text communications to schedule service appointments and enhance retention.

The role requires excellent communication, bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver's license, and prior customer service experience. You will work in a fast-paced dealership environment supporting multiple teams and maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in customer service roles, preferably in automotive.
• Proficient with phones, computer systems and text messaging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service department calls promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to remind customers of upcoming appointments.
• Text customers regarding service appointments, status updates and inquiries.
• Greet customers, build positive relationships and resolve issues or escalate when needed.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments to optimize workflow.
