Sunset Automotive Group is seeking a motivated BDC Associate to respond to customers in Spanish and English by phone, email, or chat, and to set service appointments. Ideal candidates will be bilingual, have prior BDC or call center exposure, and demonstrate reliability and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in a BDC or call center is preferred or required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and relationships for repeats.
• Strong multitasking and organization.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries in Spanish and English by phone, email, or chat.
• Determine vehicle service needs by listening to customers.
• Make outgoing calls to remind and schedule appointments.
• Learn and follow call and email scripts; set and confirm appointments.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
• Perform other duties as required.
