Job summary

Bean Automotive Group is seeking a Service Concierge to be the first point of contact in the Business Development Center. You will manage calls and texts, assist customers with service scheduling, and work to improve retention.

The role requires strong communication and a bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Prior customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required; strong communication is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in automotive, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for the service department promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about services, appointments, and general inquiries.
• Route calls and manage text communications; follow up on reminders and status updates.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments; maintain the dealership schedule.
• Build positive customer relationships and support retention efforts; escalate issues as needed.
