Job summary

C. Harper Auto Group is expanding its Business Development Center and seeks a Customer Service Specialist to elevate the customer experience.

You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and scheduling service appointments across our dealership locations. You’ll engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, handle 80–150 calls daily, enter data accurately, and gather feedback through post-service surveys.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; CRM training provided.
• Strong time management and detail-oriented.
• Independent worker who collaborates with a team.
• Prior call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle 80-150 inbound calls per day.
• Schedule service appointments across dealership locations.
• Data entry to update customer information in databases.
• Post-service follow-up via surveys to improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training programs.
