Preston Auto Group seeks an Automotive Service BDC Representative to handle all inquiries for the Service Departments. You will manage calls, texts, and emails, log interactions, and drive maintenance and recall scheduling with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales, customer service, or automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls, texts, and emails for our Service Departments.
• Confirm guest appointments.
• Maintain guest and vehicle information.
• Communicate professionally with guests.
• Proactively schedule overdue maintenance and recalls.
• Meet or exceed call, appointment, and show-ratio goals.
• Log calls and appointments in BDC Tracker; document notes in XTime.
• Follow BDC scripts and guidelines on calls and emails.
