Bean Automotive Group is seeking an Appointment Coordinator in Miami to serve as the first contact for customers and manage service scheduling. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and text messages, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and improved retention.

A high school diploma and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are required. Responsibilities include greeting customers, coordinating appointments, and updating the dealership systems while maintaining professional communication

Competenze

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for customer engagement.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in automotive settings.
• Proficiency with phones, computer systems and text messaging platforms.
• Independent, motivated and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and high school graduate.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound calls and outbound follow-ups for service scheduling.
• Handle text communications regarding appointments and status updates.
• Greet customers and provide excellent service while maintaining relations.
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments and update dealership systems.
• Escalate issues to Service Manager when needed and monitor retention.
