JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor for Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the loan process and promote mortgage products. You will serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan and collaborate with marketing and relationship teams.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds relationships with customers as the mortgage expert.
• Provides consultative financial guidance based on customer needs and circumstances.
