Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Hybrid Development Representative to launch a sales career within Toast's high-performing team. You will build and qualify opportunities to drive growth, setting the stage for Account Executives and Toast Sales Academy progression.

The role focuses on developing skills through a structured path, with expectations of advancing to an Account Executive within 12–18 months in a hybrid environment across US regions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Vietnamese and English with reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
• Ambition to become a full-cycle Account Executive (AE) and work in a commissioned closing role.
• Demonstrated drive, discipline and daily activity achievement.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume outreach (100+ activities daily) via calls, emails and social touchpoints.
• Qualify prospects and determine fit for Toast’s all-in-one platform.
• Schedule meetings for qualified prospects and hand off to the appropriate AE.
• Learn inbound/outbound methods and prepare for advancement to All-Bound SDR role.
