You will perform high-volume outreach and qualify opportunities for our all-in-one digital platform, ensuring Account Executives receive high-quality engagements ready for closing.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (read, write, speak).
• Demonstrated ability to hit high daily activity goals and recover quickly from rejection.
• Profound communication skills across calls and digital outreach.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume outreach to prospective businesses to qualify opportunities for our platform.
• Conduct qualification calls to understand prospect needs and fit with Toast’s all-in-one platform.
• Schedule meetings for qualified prospects and hand off to the appropriate Account Executive.
• Learn outbound/inbound methods to develop into an All‑Bound SDR and later AE.
