Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is hiring a Hybrid Development Representative (HDR) to drive initial engagement with prospective restaurants and businesses.

The role is a launchpad into Toast’s sales organization with a structured path through Toast Sales Academy toward becoming an Account Executive. The HDR will perform high-volume outreach, qualify opportunities for the all-in-one digital platform, and ensure Account Executives receive high-quality engagements ready for closing.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Fluency: Vietnamese and English (read, write, speak).
• Ambition to become a full-cycle Account Executive (AE).
• Ability to handle high-volume outreach and rejection.
• Growth mindset with proactive feedback usage.
• Strong self-accountability and pipeline focus.
• High customer empathy and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Make at least 100 high-quality outreach activities daily (calls, emails, social touches).
• Conduct qualification calls to understand needs and mutual fit with Toast's platform.
• Schedule meetings for qualified prospects and hand off to Account Executives.
• Learn inbound/outbound outreach methods and progress toward an All-Bound SDR role and AE path.
