Job summary

Toast is hiring a Bilingual Hybrid Development Representative (HDR) to kick off our sales process. You will perform high-volume outreach to determine mutual fit for our all-in-one digital platform, creating qualified engagements for Account Executives to close.

You will strive toward becoming a full-cycle AE, with goal-driven daily activities and a path through HDR to AE within a flexible hybrid environment. Toast values growth, resilience, and strong communication with prospects.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ambition to become a full-cycle Account Executive (AE) and operate in a commissioned closing role.
• Demonstrated self-discipline and ability to hit daily activity goals and recover from rejection.
• Growth mindset with proactive feedback usage and self-assessment.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outreach to prospective businesses to qualify opportunities for the all-in-one digital platform.
• Complete at least 100 high-quality outreach activities daily (calls, emails, social touches).
• Host qualification calls to understand prospect needs and qualify for AE handoff.
• Schedule meetings for qualified prospects to ensure a smooth transition to the Account Executive.
