Toast is looking for a Hybrid Development Representative in the Miami area to launch a sales career within our high-performing team. You will build qualified opportunities, perform high-volume outreach, and hand off warm prospects to Account Executives for closing.

The role is a career path to All-Bound SalesDevelopment and Account Executive, with structured training and growth toward a full-cycle closing position. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English required.
• Experience in outbound outreach and prospect qualification is a plus.
• Interest in progressing to Account Executive and sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 100+ daily outreach activities via calls, emails, and social touches.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Learn various outbound/inbound methods and prepare for All-Bound SDR path.
