Women's Imaging Specialists in Cumming, GA is seeking a Scheduler bilingual (English plus Spanish/Portuguese/Hindi) to support our growing patient population across multiple locations. This full-time, in-person role emphasizes accurate scheduling, data entry, and exceptional customer service.

You will handle high-volume calls, maintain provider information, and use our EMR system. We value teamwork, positive attitude, and attendance, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School graduate (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of related work experience in a physician's office.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams; willing to learn scheduling and EMR software.
• Fluency in English and 1 other language.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and efficient scheduling and rescheduling of all routine and diagnostic services for multi-site imaging provider.
• Understand variations among individual facility appointment schedules.
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls daily with a high level of customer service.
• Accurate data entry of medical appointments, patient information and chart notes.
• Create and maintain referring provider practice information.
• Collaborate with coworkers and other medical staff; follow OSHA/HIPAA requirements.
