Job summary

Emanate Health is seeking a patient scheduling coordinator to manage surgeries and clinic appointments, ensuring timely, accurate coordination of care.

You will handle documentation, enhance communications, support front-desk activities, and help maintain patient records while responding to families, physicians and staff. Bilingual Spanish is required; minimum one year experience with a multi-line telephone system and solid computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Minimum of one year experience with a multi-line telephone system.
• Customer service skills required for responding to patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Ability to transcribe and relay accurate messages on a timely basis.
• Knowledge of grammar usage, punctuation and style.
• Computer skills required.
• Clinic experience preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
