Job summary

Radiology Forward in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking a Bi-Lingual Scheduler to join our patient-focused team. You will schedule, reschedule and cancel exams, perform pre-registration, and handle document processing in English and a second language.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with medical insurance plans and scheduling processes.
• Ability to pre-register and schedule patients rapidly and accurately.
• General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and second language.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule and cancel patient exams in RIS.
• Make outgoing calls to schedule exams and communicate with patients and physicians.
• Handle pre-registration, document processing and data entry.
• Provide courteous customer service and maintain accurate patient information.
• Follow up calls and reminders to ensure smooth scheduling.
