Job summary

Activate Talent, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Retention Designer to craft polished, on-brand creatives for email, SMS, loyalty, subscription, and post-purchase experiences. The role focuses on multilingual (English/Spanish) production across global campaigns, with emphasis on modular design systems and high-volume outputs.

You will collaborate with Creative and Retention/CRM teams to turn concepts into production-ready assets, ensuring mobile-optimized, accessible, and conversion-focused

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in DTC/e‑commerce or agency.
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Strong proficiency in Figma with components, libraries, templates, and design systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Design creative for email, SMS, loyalty, subscription, post-purchase, and other retention channels.
• Execute lifecycle campaigns and flows including welcome, winback, replenishment, product launches, promotions, and post-purchase journeys.
• Translate briefs and approved concepts into production-ready designs.
• Create and maintain modular email templates, Figma components, design libraries, and reusable systems.
• Adapt creative across English and Spanish-speaking markets and customer segments.
