Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a remote Retention Program Advisor to engage with potential customers, schedule installations, and handle inquiries in a high-volume environment. You will use retention rebuttals to address hesitations, secure attendance at installations, and reschedule when needed.

The ideal candidate thrives on multitasking across CRM and scheduling systems, delivering empathetic, solution-focused service while upholding company revenue and reputation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; qualifies for additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, account management, or retention-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to appointment rescheduling and account support.
• Assist customers with navigating the installation process and policies.
• Handle cancellations by identifying root concerns and offering retention solutions.
• Document all customer interactions in CRM/scheduling platforms.
• De-escalate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure service delivery.
