Darkroom is seeking a Retention Specialist to lead email and SMS marketing for DTC brands. You’ll partner with Associate Directors of Retention and cross-functional teams to develop high-performing campaigns that translate data into strategy and revenue.

This fully remote role supports a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates in Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Argentina and Mexico. You will own campaigns, flows, testing, optimization, and reporting to grow retention and reduce churn.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in email/SMS marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM.
• Proficient with Klaviyo: flows, segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, reporting.
• Strong copywriting skills with adaptable tone across brands.
• Strategic thinker about the customer journey and retention levers to boost LTV.

Mansioni

• Lead execution of email and SMS strategies for a portfolio of DTC/e-commerce clients.
• Own end-to-end campaign deployment: copywriting, briefs, testing, QA, deployment, analysis.
• Build and optimize automation flows, segmentation, and app integrations.
• Present strategy and results to clients and internal teams.
