O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, service, appearance and operations. The role may assume shift management in managers' absence.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and the position emphasizes customer service, cashiering, and store processes. Strong communication, the ability to obtain RSS Certification, and experience in retail auto parts are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom with program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders timely.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure with outside ledger.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and proper merchandise staging.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Monitor schedules, approvals for deviations, and clock-in/out compliance.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
