O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in absence of leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders and notify customers upon shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Delegate tasks and ensure merchandising and Zipline communications are completed.
• Ensure team members follow the posted schedule and clock in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure money and deposits, and secure the building.
• All other duties as assigned.
