O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and operations. The role includes shift management in absence of store leaders and supervision of service programs to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• RSS Certification required.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge; ASE certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephones are answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle outside purchases and special orders efficiently and per procedure.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Coordinate Zipline messages, Image Maker tasks, and merchandising duties with the team.
• Manage work schedules, attendance, and security procedures during opening/closing duties.
