Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred, especially in auto parts.
• Automotive systems knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in customer service and sales to retail and professional customers.
• Assist with shift management in absence of store leadership.
• Ensure phone calls and online orders are processed promptly and accurately.
• Oversee store opening/closing duties and cash handling per policy.
• Support merchandising and in-store promotions.
