Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders timely.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and restock as needed.
• Invoicing of merchandise before product leaves the store.
• Coordinate store tasks and clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure the store.
