Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of leadership and encourages bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities include leading the team in customer service, processing orders, managing returns, invoices, and daily banking tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and schedules. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Ensure telephone and online orders are processed promptly.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
