Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Handle opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced and proper procedures followed for stock and displays.
