Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role may include shift management in absence of supervisors, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Primary duties include leading a service-focused team, managing showroom customer service levels, handling calls, processing orders, and ensuring proper invoicing and merchandising tasks are completed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) encouraged.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• RSS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges accurately; ensure refunds use correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store.
