Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Required: RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred; automotive parts knowledge; ASE Certification; Fluency in Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to programs.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and transfers, and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure money/deposits, and ensure store security procedures.
