O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, service, appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in supervisors' absence and encourages bilingual applicants.

The position emphasizes leading a team to deliver outstanding service, handling store-to-store transfers, special orders, returns, and accurate invoicing while maintaining schedules and daily security procedures.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.

Mansioni

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage merchandise appropriately.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff adhere to the posted schedule and clock in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, including deposits and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
