O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and assistants in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure policy-compliant operations.
• Coordinate buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders with timely contact to customers.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure invoices for merchandise, core charges, and warranties are correctly issued before shipment.
• Perform opening/closing duties, deposits, and security checks as part of daily store operations.
