Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading a store team, ensuring high service standards, processing orders and transfers, managing returns, and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication abilities required.
• RSS Certification is required; ASE certification is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures as needed; manage shifts in managers' absence.
