Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role also handles shift management in the absence of store leadership and encourages bilingual applicants.

Responsibilities include leading teams to deliver exceptional service, managing showroom customer service, processing transfers and orders, and ensuring accurate invoicing and returns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication is required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred; auto parts knowledge beneficial.
• Fluency in Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Answer the telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers upon shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and accurately in the ledger system.
• Process returns and exchanges in a friendly manner and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
