Qualifications

• Requires effective communication and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels in the showroom and execute customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure.
• Manage returns, exchanges, refunds accurately with correct payment methods.
