Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, service, appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and grow with a stable, growth-oriented retailer. Responsibilities include leading a team in customer care, handling store processes, and coordinating daily operations from opening to closing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
• ASE Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers
• Supervise customer service levels in showroom and ensure team execution of service programs
• Ensure phone calls are answered per policy
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers promptly and notify customers on shipment arrivals
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure
• Process returns and refunds accurately using correct payment methods
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store
• Communicate Zipline messages and assign merchandising tasks
• Ensure staff adhere to posted schedules and clock in/out per policy
• Perform opening/closing duties and manage money, deposits, and security measures
• All other duties as assigned
