Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assist in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of leadership and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

Responsibilities include leading the team, ensuring service programs, processing orders and transfers, handling returns and invoicing, and maintaining store appearance and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure compliance with service programs.
• Handle store operations and shift management in absence of store leadership.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and special orders.
• Process returns, refunds, and invoicing accurately; communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Adhere to posted work schedules, clock-in/out policies, and complete day-end procedures.
