O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of managers, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading service, handling store processes, and ensuring accuracy in transactions and returns. The position emphasizes teamwork, training, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and related programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds using correct methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff adhere to posted schedules and proper clocking in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
